WATCHDOG to initiate an investigation of
complaints or parental concerns within the
Rhode Island Educational System. TO
ENFORCE a child’s Federal and State civil
right to a FAPE – a Free and Appropriate
Public Education. Keep our education
system ACCOUNTABLE!
